US Piperlime apparel opens its first physical Store in New York

US Piperlime apparel was founded in 2006 as an online shop and inspires customer with a fresh and unique mix of products, bands and price points and has opened its first Piperlime physical store in New York’s SoHo neighbourhood on September 6, 2012 and by hosting an event on Fashion’s Night Out and Guest Editors Rachel Zoe and Olivia Palermo made an appearance accompanied by music by Rev Run and DJ Ruckus

Jennifer Gosselin, senior vice president and general manager of the company stated at the opening ceremony of the nearly 4000 square foot store offering apparel, shoes, jewellery and handbags for women from the best range of coveted, iconic labels, such as Milly, Frye and Citizens of Humanity, as well as discovery brand including Tinley Road, Ash and Maison Scotch: “The Piperlime store brings the brand to life in a new and exciting way, with an edited assortment of trends, inspiring head-to-toe looks and in-store associates to help fashion-focused customers to find styles from the brands she loves and introduce her to the ones she will love to discover”.

The store is styled as a boutique in a clean modern feel and will immerse guests in the brand’s unique shopping experience with trend vignettes such as Ladylike, Colour Clash, Girl on a Budget and Celebrity Guest Editor choices. There will be kiosks throughout the store that link directly to the website of Piperlime and offering shoppers access to additional product online. Orders placed in-store will receive free overnight shipping. Four large sized fitting rooms are located toward the back of the store and Piperlime sales associates will be on hand to provide styling advice. A standout attraction of the new store is the shoe display in the centre of the store that focuses on the brand’s heritage and its disproportionate love of shoes.
