TCL 2017 International Conference on Textile Coating and Laminating (updated May 25, 2017)

8. November 2017 - 9. November 2017

Over 26 years, the International Conference on Textile Coating and Laminating has built a reputation as a vital meeting place for the worldwide coating and laminating industry.

The TCL 2017 International Conference on Textile Coating and Laminating will take place November 8-9, 2017 at the Novotel Berlin Am Tiergarten in Berlin, Germany

The Conference Director Chairman is William C (Bill) Smith, Principal, Industrial Textile Associates, USA, who originated and developed the conference series. Since 2010 International Newsletters Ltd, the world’s premier supplier of information about the industrial and high-performance use of textiles and nonwovens, has run this event with successful meetings in Cannes, France; Orlando, FL, USA; Valencia, Spain and Prague, Czech Republic.

Very different from an academic research meeting, TCL is a venue for practical presentations focussing on what is happening in the industry today and what will happen tomorrow. Supplemented by intensive discussion sessions actively led by the session chairs, TCL is the meeting place for senior managerial, technical and marketing staff from the international coating and laminating industry.

The topics will be discussed in relation to:

–        Practicality; cost-effectiveness

–        New opportunities

–        Environmental impact and sustainability

–        Important and emerging applications for coated and laminated materials.

Who should attend:

– Managing Directors, CEOs, Presidents and other senior managers of companies involved with the textile coating and laminating industry, whether suppliers, processors, or end users.

–  Technical Directors and Managers concerned with the latest developments in fibres, fabrics, adhesives, films, polymers, coating and laminating techniques, converting, etc.

–  Marketing Directors and Managers who need to keep up to date with market developments and  the prospects for coated and laminated textiles.

–  Industry Analysts and others concerned with the future of the global textiles coating and laminating industry.

This year’s event will include presentations covering the key economic and technology trends, including the state of the industry, techniques and materials, technology for growth, and new opportunities.

Speakers from senior positions in some of the most influential companies in this sector from around the world will gather in Berlin to present to delegates.

Last year’s conference In Prague proved a great success with those who attended, with very good feedback and comments from both delegates, exhibitors and speakers.

96% of attendees rated the meeting good or excellent.
