These will see the latest innovations in the fields of wearable technology, printed electronics, sensors, 3D printing, IoT, electric vehicles, energy storage and energy harvesting. Co-locating these topics at one event brings together emerging technology companies with their customers, leveraging the large overlap between these topics.
The big brand speaker line up, comprising of over 225 speakers from around the world, includes organizations such as Porsche, Panasonic, Intel, Samsung, ARM, JCDecaux, Fiat, Kodak, Osram, HTC, Avery Denison, Texas Instruments and many more. They will present on their needs and latest technology breakthroughs. Session tracks include structural electronics, 3D printed electronics, energy storage innovations, IoT applications, wearable technology in healthcare, e-textiles, connected vehicles, flexible displays and much more.
The event assesses the full value chains for these technologies, from materials to electronics manufacturing innovations to new electronic and electrical devices to the real life problems they are solving. The event starts with the business opportunities first – adopters in each sector will discuss their needs and experiences so that the audience can see what is of value and what is not.
From electric vehicles to companies exhibiting the latest material advancements, the full supply chain is represented in the exhibition.
The event has a hands-on theme with zones in the exhibition arena varying from Apparel Zone – showcasing apparel items featuring wearable technology – to IDTechEx Launchpad – featuring live demonstrations of innovative and emerging products from early stage companies – to the latest devices shown by exhibitors from skin patches to flexible displays to innovative new electric vehicles incorporating these technologies.
Demonstration Street is an area in the exhibition dedicated to showing a full range of interactive products and prototypes that demonstrate a new commercial application for either: 3d printing, electric vehicles, energy harvesting, energy storage, internet of things, graphene and 2d materials, printed electronics, sensors or wearable technology.
Manufacturing Street on the exhibition floor brings together organisations, who will make devices in front of your eyes on production ready equipment. As the equipment is being set up, used and all the process steps made, experts will talk you through everything that is happening, covering what you need to know about printing electronics.
The IDTechEx Launchpad is an exciting new area in the exhibition that will feature live demonstrations of innovative and emerging products from early stage companies.
The event is led by IDTechEx Research analysts and therefore covers the hottest sectors that you need to be aware of, with analyst presentations covering the market, trends and opportunities. See beyond the hype to the real business.
In addition, IDTechEx analysts help attendees with their enquiries including facilitating networking, making this a valuable business development opportunity.
See why other business professionals involved in growth development, business development, product development, business leadership, research leadership and technology scouting return year on year. Make sure you don’t miss your annual chance to see these innovations and meet customers in one place.
IDTechEx Show exhibit Space Over 90% Sold
With over two months to go until the IDTechEx Show! at the Santa Clara Convention Center on November 15 – 16, over 90 % of the exhibit space is already sold. The event brings together the hottest emerging technologies including materials, components and systems with end users, who seek to use these technologies to differentiate their products through greater capability. This results in an exhibition which covers a diverse range of new technologies including those enabling flexible electronics, stretchable electronics and distributed electronics through to more wireless communication options, light weighting and the greater electrification of things – including vehicles – and automation. Specific technologies shown on the exhibition floor include 3D printing, electric vehicles, energy storage innovations, energy harvesting, IoT, printed electronics, sensors, wearable technologies and advanced functional materials including graphene. Chris Clare, Event Director at IDTechEx, says, “This event is unique in covering all the most significant new technologies along with their potential user industries in one location. Those in healthcare, consumer electronics, automotive and aerospace, infrastructure, media, military and consumer goods can assess the huge new technology capabilities that are becoming or just have become available, while those making materials, components and solutions can meet with different end user segments to assess their needs and drivers.” Over 250 exhibitors will engage with over 3000 attendees at this event in the heart of silicon valley on November 15 & 16, featuring over 220 speakers, manufacturing, demo and start-up zones, extensive networking opportunities, tours to local world leading organizations and much more.
Raghu Das, CEO of IDTechEx, reports, “In part the rapid take-up of exhibition space is due to the high number of repeat bookings based on the return on investment companies that have exhibited with us have found.”
