On April 27, 2022, the Swiss Carlo Gavazzi Holding AG announces that its Board of Directors has named Tobias Bissig to new CFO of the Group. He will fill his position at the latest by November 1, 2022 and replace Anthony Godstein who will retire after 40 years of services to the company. Anthony Goldstein will remain for a transitional period with the group to secure a smooth hand-over to his successor.
Tobias Bissig, 1980, Swiss Citizen, has more than 16 years experience in the finance and accounting sector with reputed organisations in Europe, Asia and the USA.
After his Master Degree at the University of St. Gall (HSG) he served in various controlling functions at ABB in Switzerland, the USA. In Taiwan and in the Middle East. In 2014 he changed to the Schindler Group where je assumed various leading financial posts with increasing responsibility. Since 2019 Tobias Bissig is Chief financial Officer of Schindler UK and Ireland.
Anthony Goldstein joined Carlo Cavazzi in 1982 as Manager of the Group Reporting. Later he was elected as Group Controller and Secretary of the Board of Directors before he was named in 2007 CFO of the Group.
