Perstorp has appointed Valentina Serra Holm as Vice President Engineered Fluids, where she will strengthen the group’s focus on key market segments with her experience and expertise from the industry.

She has great experience in the lubricants market, and I am convinced she will contribute to future value creation in a very successful way.”
Valentina Serra Holm has been active in the oil and lubricant industry for over 20 years, in areas spanning research & development, market development, sales, and strategic marketing. Previous appointments include several senior global leadership positions at companies such as Nynäs AB, Calumet Specialty Products Partners, and Koras AG. Since 2016 she has also served as President of UEIL, the Union of the European Lubricants Industry.
