Save the date: webinar on the European food chain (February 24, 2022)

If you are interested in European agriculture and the journey of agricultural products from farm to fork, Eurostat has the perfect event for you. Join us for a webinar on 24 February to know more about the publication ‘Key figures on the European food chain’.

The online webinar will be streamed on the Eurostat website and Eurostat Facebook account, and it is open to everyone interested, from agriculture enthusiasts to statisticians and journalists, and you don’t need to register. The event will start at 11 AM with Viveka Palm, director of sectoral and regional statistics, and will be followed by Edward Cook, from the Agriculture and Fishery statistics unit, who will be presenting the ‘Key figures on the European food chain’ publication and findings. There will be an opportunity to ask questions about the publication.
