A number of questions about the procedures of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) are still raised during our Madrid System seminars and webinars. This is why we would like to welcome once more the CNIPA to reply to your queries.
This webinar will provide an overview of the practices and procedures of the CNIPA. Participants will get a better understanding of the elements and concepts involved when designating China in an international application, and learn more about substantive examination practices and procedures.
Resources will be offered to help participants learn to avoid or overcome provisional refusals when seeking protection in China.
For this webinar, we collaborate with the CNIPA who will be hosting this presentation:
• Ms. DUAN Chuane – First level consultant, Second International Registration Division, Trademark Office
• Ms. ZUO Liang – Third level Principle Officer, Third International Registration Division, Trademark Office
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
Online Registration can be had here
Can’t attend live? You should still register – we’ll send you the video recording of the webinar after the session.
We look forward to your participation in the webinar.
