The price per participation is GBP 1795 (+VAT) which includes attendance of the two day conference, all speakers’ presentations, lunches and networking opportunities as well as documentation from the event. As we are offering GBP 315 early bird discount until this Friday, August 28, 2020, your price will be reduced to GBP 1480 (excl. VAT) only. VAT is not applicable if you are a non UK resident business or organisation. You will need to provide your company’s VAT/TVA number or company registration number in order that it is not applied to the transaction.
1) The quickest and easiest option to book with early bird discount and site visit pass is via debit/credit card online at https://www.wplgroup.com/aci/event/polyolefins-conference/ – the entire registration should take 3-4 minutes only; if for some reason VAT box does not show up and VAT is charged, simply process the payment and we’ll refund the VAT. Also, if it shows more than required number of tickets, simply update the basket (“change cart amount”) and proceed with registration.
2) If you wish to pay with invoice within five working days, I will send you a registration form to be signed and emailed (or faxed) back to me the same day. Once I have the signed form back, I’ll secure your space at the event with the early bird rate and site visit attendance and send you the invoice.
