The Textile Exchange Standards team is seeking feedback on the draft of our new Standards Claims Policy (previously proposed as the Standards Claims Framework).
Following the initial stakeholder consultation on the allowed claims language, we have reviewed the feedback and developed the full policy. The first consultation period took place between May 12-June 15, 2020.
The Standards Claims Policy, intended to replace the Logo Use and Claims Guides for each standard, will give users more confidence in their claims while also providing more consistency in the language used around the standards. Because this will impact your communication, we want to hear from you! We invite all stakeholders to review the policy and give your feedback.
