In Switzerland, almost half of employees benefited from flexitime in 2019, 18.9 % mainly or regularly worked from home and 5.1 % worked on call. Working on Saturdays was normal for almost one in five employed persons and on Sundays for one in ten. 7.7 % of employees had a fixed-term contract. These are some of the results of the Swiss Labour Force Survey 2019 conducted by the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
