Kappahl Vice President Assortment & Design is leaving the company
Swedish Kappahl Vice President Assortment & Design, Carina Ladow, will be leaving the company by April 30, 2016 to pursue an outside activity. The recruiting process is initiated, and during the recruitment process, Desiré Westerberg, Design- & Purchasing manager Kids, will coordinate the work of the assortment and design departments at KappAhl, the Swedish clothier.
KappAhl was founded in Gothenburg in 1953, and it is a leading fashion chain in the Nordic region with close to 380 stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland. Our business idea is to offer value-for-money fashion of our own design to the many people. Sustainability-labelled fashion accounts for roughly one quarter of the range. Sales for 2014/2015 totalled SEK 4.6 billion and the company has approx. 4000 employees in eight countries
