The EU-project CREATE PRATO was developed to demonstrate further business opportunities for Italian companies beside the traditional textile establishment in the sector of technical textiles. The nine Italian companies work predominantly in fashion, spacer fabrics, building textiles, dye-works, weaving and spinning. They want to utilise their visit at ITA to become acquainted with technical textiles, to establish contact with new project partnerships and to inform themselves about the possibility to start a new site in Germany.
