Italian Marzoli reveals details on its advanced Integrated Bobbin Transport System
Marzoli Bobbin Transport systems highlight full mechanical and logic integration with roving and spinning frames thus realizing a superior and integrated Spinning Section maximizing overall coordination and effectiveness of roving and spinning operations through a constant and regular supply for the spinning frames allowing for full productivity of the spindles
Marzoli Integrated Bobbin Transport System can be tailored to customer’s specific production process though two main configurations: Random Transport System: the bobbins are carried by a closed-circuit overhead chain along the aisles between the spinning frames. This solution perfectly suits high production spinning mills with uniform production programmes.
Block Creeling Transport System: roving bobbins are brought to the reserve row of the spinning frame or directly inside the creel of the spinning frame by trolley trains, maximizing overall automation and effectiveness of bobbin handling and transport operations.
The Integrated Bobbin Transport System will be presented at ITMA 2015 in Milan, Italy (Hall 2, Booth G118)
