Hannover Messe 2014
The very important technology exhibition Hannover Messe is scheduled for April 7-11, 2014 in Hannover (D). The motto is “On the road to the factory of the future”.
At the occasion of the show, VDI, the Association of German Engineers will deliver two press conferences, the first on Monday, April 7, 2014 the topic will be “How innovative is the German Industry” by launching a new study that was jointly established by VDI and VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH. The speakers will be VDI Director Dip.Wirtsch.-Ing Ralph Appel and Dr. Ernst Andreas Hartmann from VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH.
The second takes place on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 delivering the newest Engineer’s occupational figures and its effects on the German economy, based upon a new Study by the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft (Institute of the German Business sectors), Köln (Cologne), and in cooperation with VDI. The results will be presented by VDI-President Prof. Dr.-Ing. Udo Ungeheuer, and IW Managing Director Dr. Hans-Peter Klös.
