American AMTAC merges with NCTO and elects new president
AMTAC the American Manufacturing Trade Association Coalition recently merges with NCTO National Council of Textile Organisations
The merged organisation has appointed with immediate effect a new president, namely the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce, Augustine Tantillo, who has more than 25 years of industry experience. He was served before as Executive Director of AMTAC. Tantillo replaces Cass Johnson who served as President of NCTO since its founding in 2004.
NCTO is headquartered in Washington D.C. (USA) with an office in Gastonia, North Carolina (USA) and it is the national trade association representing the entire spectrum of the U.S. textile sector.
