Indian customers discover Compactor Installations from US Navis TexTube
American Navis TubeTex has provided three Indian customers with its Open Width Compactor
The compactor production speed is over 40 meters per minute and a compaction capability over 25 % represent the further enhancement of TubeTex’s patented roll compaction technology which is out performing – according to in-house information – all other compaction technologies.
Sri Chakra in Tiropur (IND) has installed the last Open Width Compactor in the country equipped with all the latest developments and options. The machine is complete with the 10 m Tenter Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station, and a Non-Stop Inspection Batcher, all to improve the quality production for difficult and sensitive fabrics to better control shrinkage and weights over the older, slower, and less capacity belt technologies.
Fab-Fit, also located in Tiropur, has an Open Width Compactor under installation and the machine is complete with the same features as the one for Sri Chakra, described above. It allows the company to expand into more difficult and sensitive fabrics. The Navis TubeTex Compactor was chosen after extensive testing and trails on competing compaction technologies.
Fashion Gate, also headquartered in Tiropur has acquired a Navis TubeTex Compactor with equal features, as described before. It is the second machine for the company and the success of the first installed machine was playing a major factor for the new purchase.
According to in-house information, the Navis TubeTex compaction technology has been widely accepted as the most productive and best quality open width compactors in the market. Since January 2013, the company has delivered over seven open width compacting machines.
