Italian textile machinery promotion will take place in Chinese Nanjing
An Italian technology seminar will be organised jointly by ICE, the Italian Trade Promotion Agency and ACIMIT, the Italian Association of Textile Machinery manufacturers on Mai 21, 2013 in Nanjing (PRC) for promote sustainable Italian technology to the Chinese textile industry of that area. Also partnering is the Italian consulting firm D’Appolonia
In the presentations are participating the following ACIMIT members: Bianco, Brazzoli, Hip Mitsu, Lawer, LGL, Noseda, Obem and Reggiani.
As we all know, China is the primary global market for textile machinery, and also the market for Italian textile machinery manufacturers. In 2012 these exported textile machinery worth EUR 352 million to China, despite a drop against 2011 of 22 %. China’s share of Italian textile machinery amounts to 21 % of all exports.
According to the Chinese goals in the 12th five year plan on energy savings and emission reductions, the local textile industry has to invest in new sustainable technologies. Local governments are also tending in this direction by providing a whole range of tax incentives for the acquisition of sustainable machinery and to attain environmental levels set by the five year plan. We recall that Italian supplier of sustainable technologies apply the certified Green Label for their products.
