New Board member proposed at Oerlikon Corporate
The Oerlikon Board of Directors propose prior to the shareholder’s meeting on April 30, 2013 to re-elect Kurt J. Hausheer, Gerhard Pegam, Carl Stadelhofer, Tim Summers and Hans Ziegler as well to add Mikhail Lifshitz as new member
Russian citizen Mikhail Lifshitz (50) is currently and since 2009 Director High-tech Asses Business Developmen of Renova Group, as well as CEO of ROTEC since 2010, a company which provides engineering services in the power sector and since 2012 Chairman of the Board of Ural Turbine works, a company of the Renova Group. Additionally he serves as Chairman of the Board of Technopark Skolkova and as Board member of DATADVANCE (an EADS) company and owner of “Global Edge” Group of companies, where he served as President from 2001 to 2009. Lifshitz holds a graduate degree in Electronic Engineering from Moscow State Technical University. Together with Tim Summers, Carl Stadelhofer he will represent Renova the largest Oerlikon shareholder, and thus the interests of Viktor Vekselberg.

New Managing Director for Booz & Company in Europe
On April 1, 2013 Senior Vice president Peter B. Mensing is at the helm for global management consultancy Booz & Company in Europe and he is also joining the firm’s Executive Committee
Before his appointment he was leading the global Consumer & Retail practice of Booz & Company and he served also as Managing Partner of the company. In his new job he succeeds Per-Ola Karlsson who served in this position for two years and will continue to serve as leader of the firm’s activities in Northern Europe, in addition to devote more time to client work. Peter B. Mensing started his career at Booz & Company in 1984 when the firm’s office was founded in the Netherlands His consulting expertise is focused on strategy and organisation work for international companies in the consumer and financial services sectors in Europe, the U.S., Asia and South America.
Recently, Booz & Company signed an agreement to acquire Management Engineers in Germany, a global management consultancy with complementary market position and functional heritage, particularly in automotive, industrials, and operations consulting in Germany, China, Great Britain, and the USA. The deal has yet to be confirmed gy the vote of Booz & Company’s partners.
