New addition to clothier Lululemon’s Board of Directors

Canadian lululemon athletic inc., reports the new appointment of Robert Bensoussan as new member of the board of directors

The new member reflects lululemon’s increasing international focus and expands the number of member of the board to 11.

Since 2008 Robert Bensoussan has been director and majority owner of Sirius Equity LLP, a Britisch company that invests in retail and brands, based in Great Britain and Europe. In the past four yeras, Sirius has invested in Great Britain in shoe and clothing retailer LK Bennett, Italian sportswear retailer and wholesaler Jeckerson Spa and British, Europe’s largest online beauty retailer. Bensoussan served previously as non-executive Chairman of Jerkerson Spa and since May 2008 and of since December 2012. He is board member of Interparfums Inc. and a member of three private boards, including Men’s retailer Celio International (B), an electric car rental company, and Aurenis (F) a part-works publisher. From 2001 to 2007 he was CEO and member of the board (2001 to 2011) of Jimmy Choo Ltd., a privately held luxury shoe wholesaler and retailer.
