Record exhibitor turnout at Heimtextil 2013
Heimtextil 2013 has just closed the doors with a new record turnout of 2658 exhibitors from 62 countries and 66000 visitors from 128 countries
In 2012 there were 2601 exhibitors present at Heimtextil 2013 (January 9 to 12, 2013) in Frankfurt (D), now this year 2658 exhibitors, however there were slightly less visitors with 66’000 against 67451 in 2012. Both categories are satisfied with the results.
There were more visitors from USA and Canada, also from the Russion Federation, the UAE, Greeat Britain, Ireland, Central Europe (France, Benelux, Switzerland) , East Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania), China and Taiwan. The largest visitor group was Italy after Germany, then followed China, Turkey, Great Britain, USA, France Spain, the Russian Federation and Poland. Non German visitors increased from 65 % to 67 %.
In June 2014 Messe Frankfurt expands its event portfolio with the launch of Heimtextil India.
