Bombay furniture and home decor unveils e-commerce site
Bombay Brands LLC a brand management company owning markets and licenses the Bombay trademarks globally with the exception of Canada. It was formatted in February 2008 by a joint venture between Hilco Consumer Capital, Chicago and Gordon Brothers Brands, Boston. Bombay Brands has partnered with best in class companies to revitalise, extend and maximize the Bombay brand across multiple categories within the home furnishings and accessories industries
The new site will offer a range of Bombay’s signature pieces, including furniture, decor, gifts, wall decor, lighting, bedding textiles, seasonal and holiday items.
The assortment (over 250 products) will include a mix of best-selling Bombay archival pieces, in addition to a range of new designs, all embodying the brand’s dedication to stylish design and quality craftsmanship and the items will range in the price from around USD 25 for accessories to USD 1500 for investment furniture pieces. All items will be quality goods featuring classic style, unexpected detail and global inspiration. Each product page includes descriptions, measurements, care instructions, reviews, and multiple images. There is also a unique functionality to foster a sense of community and connect to the brand through social media on Bombay’s Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages. To check-out, customers will have the option either to register an account or checkout as a guest.
