Limited Brands with new Board of Directors members

New members of the Board of Directors of American Limited Brands (among clothing and underwear) are Michael G. Morris (Chairman of American Electric Power Co., Inc) and Dr. E. Gorden Gee (President of the Ohio State University)

The Limited Brands (Victoria’s Secret, Pink, Bath & Body Works, La Senza and Henri Bendel) operates 2622 specialty stores in America and its brands are sold in more than 700 company-operated and franchised additional locations worldwide.

Michael G. Morris is the Chairman of one of the largest generators of electricity in the U.S. and from January 2004 until his retirement in November 2011 he served also as president and CEO of American Electric Power. Actually he is a director of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and Alcoa Inc (Aluminium). He holds a B.A. and master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.

Dr. E. Gordon Gee was serving before his presidency of the Ohio State University as head of the Vanderbilt University, Brown University, the Ohio State University (1990-97), the University of Colorado and West Virginia University. He is active in a number of national professional and service organisations and serves on the boards for Bob Evens Inc., the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Inc. and the National 4-H Council. He is a graduate of the University of Utah with an honours degree in history and earned his J.D. and Ed.D degree from Columbia University.

Top Management additions at German GARDEUR

As of October 1, 2012 Frank Schulte-Kelllinghaus and Marcus craft will be joining the management team at the Mönchengladbach (D) based GARDEUR Group

Frank Schulte-Kellinghaus (50, has served before as Sole Managing Director of Idea Development Solution GMBH, a logistics and IT spin-off of the Steilmann Group where he worked from 1990 to 2006 as CIO) will take the task of Managing Director in charge of Finance and Logistics.

 Marcus Kraft (41, serving the company already for several years AS Head of Organisation, Controlling, IT and Project Management, before he held positions at Karstadt Group and was Head of the Organsiational Department at Karstadt Sports) will serve as Vice Managing Director in charge of Change Management and controlling. CEO Gerhard Kränzle is to continue to be in charge of Personnel, Product, Marketing and Sales.

New position filled for Technology and Production at Messe Frankfurt

Messe Frankfurt has created as of August 2012 a new project management position “Development Technology and Production” filled by Kerstin Horaczek

The new function belongs to the Department Technology & Production serves to create and identify systematically new technical fairs and Kerstin Horaczek will report directly to Iris Jeglitza-Moshage, member of the management Messe Frankfurt Exhibition. The Department entails the exhibitions organised for the sectors building technology, capital goods and security technologies and serves the aim of Messe Frankfurt to enhance the field of technical exhibitions.

The economist and organisation expert Kerstin Horaczek is with Messe Frankfurt since 2001 and served in various positions and is experienced in the sectors of business development with a broad network in the international exhibition field. The last position was with Mergers & Acquisitions and participation management.

The first task in her new position will be the sectors of Environment, Recycling and Energy where Messe Frankfurt has already proven record of competence in events such as ISH or Light+Building and in Canada Canadian Waste & Recycling Expo, in Hong Kong Eco Expo Asia and in China WaTER Expo China.
