A new CFO for Swiss Forbo Group
Swiss Forbo (floor coverings, building and construction adhesives) has appointed Andreas Spreiter (43) a dual citizen (Swiss/British) to become new CFO, the definite date is not set yet
Spreiter was holding various management positions at Landis+Gyr AG (CH) since 1993 and has served as Group CFO for the last ten years, playing an import role in the turnaround of the group and subsequent organic and acquisition driven growth. His extensive experience in finance, accounting, controlling, M&A, legal and compliance as well as IT services will serve him and Forbo in the future. He has a degree in industrial and production engineering from ETH the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (CH) and has been specializing in strategic financial topics at IMD in Lausanne (CH). He is succeeds Jörg Riboni who will leave in January 2013. The management of the Corporate Center will be shared between the CEO and CFO a fact that is leading to the departure of Daniel Keist during the first half of 2013, since these activities have been in his hand at group level.

The new President Fritz A. Grobien (Albrecht, Müller-Pearse & Co. Trade (GmbH & Co.) KG is succeeding Jens D. Lukaczik (46) (Cargo Control Germany GmbH & Co. KG).
New Vice President is Ernst Grimmelt (44) (Velener Textil GmbH, Velen). They are elected for a maximum of a two year term.
