Atelier-GARDEUR_Zuri_Made-in-GreenGerman Atelier Gardeur (trouser specialist) lines for Spring/Summer 2013 will newly feature two ladies’ trouser styles produced in a sustainable manner: “Made in Green” and in a fair-trade certified denim quality

Atelier Gardeur has followed in the men’s segment since 2007 the ultimate trend and sustainability has been one aspect and now this is extended also to the ladies’ collection.

“Made in Green” stands for denim qualities produced with less water and less energy than traditional denim. The modern slim fit trousers will be available as of next November and in two authentic hues of blue “mid stone” and “dark stone”. The mixture with TENCEL® adds a particular softness to the fabric.

Also part of the new lines is a Fair Trade Denim line – certified by TransFair – in the popular five pocket style “Inga” in the colours of mid and dark stone is that production labour is treated socially responsible and also small cotton farmers supplying the cotton qualities for these trousers receive fair above world market wages for their work and a fair-trade bonus for social projects.
