New digital solution for screen printing carousels
Kornit Digital (industrial and commercial solutions for the garment, apparel and fabric industry) has just launched its new Paradigm Printer, a digital add-on solution for screen printing carousels enabling screen printers to combine traditional screen printing methods with digital printing techniques and thus allowing new innovative printing applications
The Paradigm Printer is fit to handle a large variety of textile applications and variable data combinations as well as complicated four colour processes, spot combinations and it is equipped with Industrial High Volume Polaris Spectra print heads. It serves as a stand-alone digital printer for short runs and eliminates the need for any set-up procedures thanks to its automatic computer-to-printer process and the ability to reposition between carousel stations. Therefore it can be used for both manual and automatic screen printing carousels and is capable in one process to print on foil, flock, metallic applications, etc. and all can be executed with photorealistic and multicoloured digital imaging. The Paradigm Printer is laid out in a robust industrial design for long term reliable use and 24/7 operation allowing faster and more profitable productions.
