US specialty apparel retailer creates innovative loyalty program
Express, Inc. (USA) has launched a few days ago Express NEXT an innovative new points-based loyalty program open to its customers throughout America. It is designed to meet the Express customer’s habits both in-store and online and will reward brand interaction via social media
It is a custom-built program to give shoppers more of what they love from their retail experience. Points are earned both in-store and online and customers can accumulate additional rewards points while visiting different Express store locations and engage with the brand via social media platforms.
The program has been developed by creating an expanded interactive phone menu – tested in eight key markets in fall 2011 –and adding an Express NEXT customer service option available to customers 24 hours a day.
