Two descendants of founder John Rich, namely Nicholas Brayton (7th generation decendant of founder and first family member since his father Roswell Brayton Jr. led the company) – before he served as director for the company’s domestic licensing business – will become President of Woolrich and Joshua W. Rich (8th descendant and was before business development analyst of the company and he has marketing and creative experience with the brand’s European partner W.P. Lavori) will serve as Vice President International and as the company transitions to family leadership, Woolrich’s Chairman John Ranelli (he joined the board of directors last year and served before as President and CEO of Mikasa, Inc., Chairman and President of FGX International and formerly in an executive position with Decker’s Outdoor Corporation and Timberland Company) will serve as Chief Executive Officer and he states: At Woolrich, everything we do and everything we make reflects a deep commitment to core family values of tradition, integrity and quality.
