Mexico’s government takes and gives

The Mexican tax and customs arm of the government will certify companies under the New Scheme of Certified Companies (NEEC) in ordre to provide certain tax, customs and security requirements and in turn allowing those companies special and speedier procedures

These regulations imply and enforce information regarding the standards of supply chain security planning, physical security, physical access controls, commercial partners, procedural security, conveyance security, customs management, personnel security, information and documentation security, security training and awareness as well as information on handling and investigations of incidents.

The complying members of these Certified Companies are entitled to benefits such as expedited customs clearance, exclusive lanes at the border, simplified administrative procedures, extra services, and inspections with high-security equipment thus offering the fast lane in customs clearance which will be of steady benefit for the member companies.
