Jeanologia presents a new production model for the digital era

In BLUEZONE Munich Fabric Start from January 29-30, 2019  (Booth: H7 B20), the company will show a new sustainable way of designing and producing that simplifies and standardizes processes, making them faster and increasing productivity

  • The company achieves the perfect integration of hardware and software necessary for implementing the digital model
  • This new production model allows the focus to be on the product and attains authentic results as well as being sustainable, reducing time-to-market
  • Jeanologia will also present four capsule collections showing the benefits of the eco-technology with different finishes

During this edition of BLUEZONE Munich Fabric Start Jeanologia, the world leader in eco-efficient technology development, goes a step further in supporting a sustainable production model that spans from design to final product.

This new production model, based on the digitalization of garment finishing processes, allows the focus to be on the product and achieves authentic results as well as being sustainable, reducing time-to-market by improving the synchronization between development and production.

Carmen Silla, Marketing Manager at Jeanologia indicates that “the textile industry is making big strides in digitalization on its way toward sustainability and requires a change in design methods that allows designers to take advantage of the full potential of new technological production processes”. With this change of mindset, creativity, design and technology go hand-in-hand.

Jeanologia achieves the perfect integration of hardware and software necessary for implementing the digital model, equipping designers with tools that make it possible to design in a more intuitive, fast and dynamic way, optimizing the creative process through the use of technology.

The e-mark

Jeanologia’s technology (laser, ozone, e-flow) allows designers to explore the infinite possibilities of sustainable development. Simplifying and standardizing processes like the fabric selection through the Light Sensitive Fabric Test; and measuring the environmental impact of different finishes with their EIM Software, it is possible to guarantee an eco-production with authentic results.

Thinking of the Planet, From Fabric to Garment”

During BLUEZONE, Jean Pierre Inchauspe, responsible for the G2Dynamic project at Jeanologia, will give the talk “Thinking of the Planet, From Fabric to Garment” explaining the technological solutions with which the company is contributing to end pollution in the textile industry, from fabric to garment finishing.

Benefits of eco-technology in different finishings

Jeanologia will also present four capsule collections that have been created using the 5.Zero techniques (Zero discharge, Zero manual scrapping & grinding, Zero PP spray, Zero stone, Zero bleach).

The collection “Design 5.Zero” with which the company shows their mastery of laser design, attaining natural and authentic finishes.

The collection “ReTech” which brings the company into the circular economy, giving new life to garments through technology. This collection will demonstrate a new way of “upcycling” through garment finishing.

The collection “The cords” which explores sustainable finishing for corduroy, updating its look through e-flow dyeing and laser markings that obtain a 3D effect.

As well as, the collection “All blacks”, highlighting the possibilities of the Light Sensitive Fabric on black denim. Combining laser technology with G2 ozone strengthens the white effect on the “used” areas.

Leaders in the textile industry

Since 1994 their mission has been to create an ethical, sustainable and eco-efficient industry through their disruptive technology and know-how. Their laser, G2 ozone and e-flow system have revolutionized the textile industry.  They offer infinite design possibilities and garment finishes, while saving water, energy and chemicals, eliminating waste and toxic emissions. The Spanish company currently has clients in 5 continents.  The export of its machines and services represents 90 % of its total billing, reaching 61 countries. The biggest market brands place their confidence in Jeanologia, using technology developed by the company.
